The October review meeting of the Knight Drupal Initiative saw three new proposals accepted by the community.

• Addison Berry
  Documentation sprints for better docs and to grow the team -- $50,500 to organize and host documentation sprints for Drupal.org.
• Rob Loach
  Distributed Micro-Blogging -- $40,240 to implement the OpenMicroBlogging specification as a Drupal module, in addition to the creation of an install profile that makes setting up a distributed micro-blog easy.
• Sam Boyer & Brian Cruikshank
  Decisionmaking API & Consensus Module -- $87,500 to create and implement a flexible framework for group decision-making processes.

These proposals have been passed to Knight Foundation for final review and potential funding.
